In 2009, the family U660 was supplemented with U760E. This modification is intended for lower torque and engines up to 2.7L. The U760E has been installed on с 2009 года Lexus (ES, RX, RX270), Toyota (Camry, RAV4, Venza, Highlander, ...) and Scion (according to Aisin classification - TM-60LS) models with с 4-cylinder engines with the capacity up to 2.5 L. Later, the U761E was designed for 2 liter engines with lower torque. Spare parts for this transmission and U760 are interchangeable.
