The automatic transmission U250E has been installed on all popular front- and all-wheel drive Toyota (Camry, Avensis, Corolla, RAV4, Highlander...) and Lexus (ES240/350) models with 2,5-3,5 L. engines since 2001.In the US, Australia and many countries of East Asia (China, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand) U250 was installed on 3.5 liter Camry.In 2008-2009, this transmission was installed on 2.4 L. Pontiac Vibe. Aisin classification U250E = 95-50LS is sometimes used for Lexus models.
