TR580

The TR580 is an upgraded version of CVT TF690. Engineers changed the design of this transmission, added a start package of friction clutches which disconnect the transmission from the engine when "P" and "N" gears are engaged. The start package is responsible for engagement and disengagement of cones when the car stops and when the lever shifts to the N-gear. The valve body and solenoids may be considered as soft spots of this CVT.
