8HP50

The 8-speed automatic transmission 8HP50 was installed on restyled BMW cars equipped with rear- (GA8HP50) and full-wheel drive carsof the following BMW series: BMW 1 (F20, F21), 2 (F22, F23), 3 (F30, F31, F34 3GT), 4 (F32, F33, F36), 5 (F10, F11), 7-th series (G11, G12), on SUVs X5 (F15), on cars equipped with gasoline (B38, B48, B58) and diesel (B37, B47) engines of the new generation. The automatic transmission ZF 8HP50 is an updated version of ZF 8HP45. This transmission was launched in production in summer of 2014.
