EMOSS Mobile Systems has designed an electric
semi-truck with installed Allison 4500 gearbox that has a capacity to cover
over 300 miles on one charge. Allison has a proven record of successful
application of its hybrid and electric propulsion systems which provide the
increased fuel economy and lower emissions. Therefore, usage of Allison gearbox
is considered to be a prime attribute to the EMOSS product.
Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission
Technologies, a joint venture between Eaton and Cummins Inc. that specializes
in technological solutions for medium- and high capacity trucks, has released
its new Endurant 12-speed automated gearbox.
At the beginning of 2018, Landwind unveiled its
brand-new car Xiaoyao. It is the 1-st car which is actually
equipped with VT5 transmission. This CVT is notable for the largest
available ratio coverage when comparing it with other competitive products.
