Dana Inc. has recently unveiled the takeover of Nordresa Motors Inc., a well-known group of professionals specialized in development, manufacturing and selling of e-powertrain solutions for commercial vehicles (CVs). Details of the deal were kept confidential.

According to Dana, this purchase is a major step forward in expansion of its E-mobility potential. Now, a wide range of Dana products (including e-motors, gearboxes, etc.) will be complemented by Nordresa’s patented battery-management solution, e-powertrain controls and solid integration experience required for delivery of fully-featured e-powertrain units.
