ZF’s Special Service for Repair Shops is Now Available for North America

ZF Aftermarket has adjusted its [pro]Tech Workshop Service concept for potential customers in North America. European repair shops have been participating in this program for more than 7 years!

This initiative is aimed at intensive training of repair specialists and repair shop owners managed by ZF professionals by means of practical training sessions, online consulting, hotline calls, and access to the online data portal. According to ZF training specialists, this concept truly helps technicians to fill the knowledge gaps in practice, share their experiences with colleagues, and most importantly to improve quality of their services.

The ZF [pro]Tech project was launched in Germany in 2012 and initially it included ten training courses. Now it has grown into more than sixty courses per year in a dozen countries worldwide. The courses have a strong focus on practical activities which complement the theoretical knowledge, and are permanently updated along with ZF’s development in different fields. The course content ranges from repair and maintenance of different ZF transmissions and related components to dealing with problems in chassis units. ZF [pro]Tech also looks into the future by paying attention to technologies implemented in hybrid and electric cars.
