Ricardo and DS Performance to Continue Collaboration in Formula E
Ricardo and DS Performance decided to prolong
their impactful cooperation within Formula E season 6. The new deal is based on
a fruitful cooperation of many years between two parties, residing in the
production and delivery of Ricardo transmission solutions for last season’s car
which came out on top in the drivers’ and teams’ competitions.
Formula E, the racing competition between E-cars,
has become an extremely helpful platform for major automakers and mobility
suppliers to put automotive technologies of the future to test under real-life
conditions. Established in 2012, this competition has been helping
manufacturers all around the globe in testing and improving new technologies for
EVs, thereby contributing to electrification of conventional road cars.
